These Terms of Service govern your use of safepassagemovingandstorage.com and any moving or storage services booked with Safe Passage Moving & Storage. By requesting a quote or booking a move, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on information you provide about your move, including home size, origin and destination, and move date. Local moves may be billed hourly ($139/$179/$219 per hour for 2, 3, or 4 movers plus a truck) or flat-rate by home size (Studio/1BR $500-$700, 2BR $700-$1,000, 3BR $1,000-$1,500, 4+BR $1,500-$2,300). Long-distance moves to Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, or Charlotte are priced individually. Final pricing may adjust if the actual scope of the job differs materially from what was described at quote time.

Deposits

Bookings require a $250 refundable deposit to hold the scheduled date and crew size. The deposit is credited toward your final invoice and is not an additional charge.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Deposits are fully refunded when a move is cancelled or rescheduled 72 hours or more before the scheduled date. During hurricane season (June through November), rescheduling related to storm systems or evacuation orders is accommodated at no charge and does not forfeit your deposit, regardless of the notice given.

Discounts

Safe Passage offers discounts for military service members, seniors, and repeat customers. Discounts must be requested and verified at the time of booking and cannot be combined beyond the terms offered at booking.

Liability and Insurance

Safe Passage carries $1M in cargo coverage on every load. We operate under our own FDACS intrastate mover registration and federal US DOT/MC authority. Any damage claim should be reported to your crew chief before the truck leaves the job site so it can be documented and handled promptly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
