What Changes Here
- High-rise condos along A1A require a booked service elevator and loading dock window, and most buildings need our certificate of insurance on file days before move day.
- Snowbird season from October through April fills every elevator slot in the building, so we recommend booking two to three weeks out instead of the usual few days.
- Large 55-and-over communities inland, like Century Village, run their own clubhouse check-in and restrict moves to certain weekdays, which our office coordinates directly with the association.
