G Yelp Angi

Most of our work is inside Palm Beach County: Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, Parkland, Wellington, and everywhere in between. Crew chief Dominic Farrow runs our local schedule and knows which streets west of Federal Highway need a smaller truck for narrow driveways and mature landscaping, and which gated communities need a gate call ahead of arrival. You can book by the hour or lock in a flat rate based on your home size.

Same-week and next-day booking for most Palm Beach County addresses
Flat-rate or hourly pricing, your choice, quoted before move day
Crews familiar with narrower streets and driveways west of Federal Highway
Furniture pads, shrink wrap, and floor runners included on every job
Disassembly and reassembly of beds, tables, and sectionals
Gated-community and guard-gate coordination built into the schedule
$250 refundable deposit, credited to your final bill
Discounts available for military, seniors, and repeat customers

All eight of our trucks run local jobs during the week, so a Tuesday move across Boynton Beach gets the same full crew as a Saturday move in Boca.

Crew Size	Hourly Rate
2 Movers + Truck	$139/hr
3 Movers + Truck	$179/hr
4 Movers + Truck	$219/hr

Why Customers Keep Calling Us Back

The Same Set of Eyes Prices It and Answers For It Later

Priscilla Vance reviews your inventory — by phone, video, or photos you send over — before a not-to-exceed number goes on paper, so the person who quoted your move is still on the line after the truck pulls away.

Twelve People, Eight Trucks, Nobody Borrowed

Every mover on a Safe Passage Moving & Storage truck is a W-2 employee we hired and trained ourselves — no gig-app labor gets added to your crew on move day.

Ask to See the Paperwork and We’ll Show You

Our FDACS registration and our own federal DOT and MC authority are on file before you ever ask — no placeholder numbers, just the real certificate the moment you want to see it.

June Through November Is Already on the Calendar

Every quote written during hurricane season carries a no-charge reschedule window, because a Palm Beach County mover plans around storm advisories instead of hoping one doesn’t land on moving day.

Dominic Calls the Building Before the Truck Does

Elevator reservations and gate codes get confirmed with the property days ahead, so a thirty-minute HOA window doesn’t turn into a lobby full of furniture and a stalled elevator.

Every Truck Leaves the Yard Stocked the Same Way

Furniture pads, shrink wrap, hand trucks, and floor runners load onto all eight trucks before the first job starts, so no crew improvises with whatever’s left from yesterday.

The Awkward Parts Get Priced Before the Truck Leaves Boca Raton

A third-floor unit with one elevator in Delray Beach, a gated entry in Wellington, the extra miles out to Parkland — it’s folded into the flat rate before you sign, not tacked on once the crew is standing in your driveway.

A $250 Deposit That Actually Comes Back

Your deposit is refundable if a storm advisory, a closing delay, or a change of plans moves your date — Xavier just re-issues the same rate against the new one.

One Crew Chief, Coast to Coast on Your Lane

Xavier Holt prices and runs the Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, and Charlotte lanes himself, and the crew that loads your driveway in Boca Raton is the one standing in the new driveway when the truck backs in.

Customer Feedback on This Specific Service

Posted exactly as Palm Beach County customers wrote them — nothing polished, nothing cut on our end.

★★★★★

Dominic had the gate code and a guest-parking pass sorted with our HOA two days before move day, so the truck wasn’t sitting at the call box while our slot ticked away.

A tropical storm watch pushed our Tampa move back four days and the quote didn’t move a dollar — same crew, same truck, just a different Monday.

Third floor, one elevator, a thirty-minute reservation window — they had our two-bedroom loaded with six minutes still on the clock.

Our closing got pushed back twice and everything sat in their storage unit for five weeks, climate-controlled, and came off the truck without so much as a torn label.

They wrapped the china cabinet and boxed the kitchen the same week a storm was still just a cone on the news — corner guards on every doorway, days before it mattered.
