Office manager Priscilla Vance handles most incoming calls and is the person who confirms elevator reservations, HOA move-in windows, and gate codes before any truck goes on the schedule. If your move involves a condo, gated community, or a building with a tight loading dock window, mention it up front — she’ll get it sorted before moving day, not on it.
